Not aware of a mod that works quite like that however you could use EasyDev to do it. In the first step you would edit the field state and then in the second just deduct the amount you think is fair from your bank account. Thank for that! That will work. I will have to learn how to use those comman...

I moved a copy of the maps_fieldground.xml that was edited like above in this thread, and moved it to the same folder as the mod map's i3d. Following all the other instructions, it appears I have MTA in a mod map now.

After following the instructions in this thread, I was able to get MTA to work in the base game maps. As others have said, it does not work in modded maps. I have been working on the same issue. Nothing works if you change that number to greater than 8.9
