Patch 1.1.3 FAIL, loss of focus = crash, 100% occurance, workaround

Playing FS19 1.1.3 in 1920x1080 windowed mode;
click on ANYTHING other than game and try to return to game causes blue-ring lockup.

Workaround: "Windowedborderlessgaming.exe" resolves focus and retention issue without impairment or error. This means the bug is a quadruple-facepalm-hold-my-beer-bakka qualified oversight of some basic code that should have been included.

Beta1.1.2 liked to do this too and report was made for that.

Release1.0.0 occasionally did it as well.
