Shader Question

I'd like to try and fix or update the shader if needed. I'm guessing someone updated this mod from 19 and didn't update the shader properly. I noticed the texture folder has a shader xml in it. Curious as to why the error calls the file a png format (similar), when the file is actually a dds format.
What I don't understand is...It seems to only create these log errors on only one map (Riverside v1.4.5.0).
