Im trying to contact Support

Hi,

I am currently trying to contact Support with an issue I am having. But it wont let me send the mail. It says my email address is wrong (it isnt) and that you only accept English or German (and I have only written in English (except for my own name, which I cant do much about).

How can I solve this problem? I have tried diffrent browsers.

But before trying to reach out to them you could describe your issue here, maybe somebody else on this forum will be able to help.

Thank you, I have now emailed them and hope to get help with my issue.

My problem is with an activation key so I doubt any member can help, unless they work for Giants.

This usually happens when there is a space after your emailadres. Then it says email invalid/wrong. So after the .com (or whatever emailadres lol)
